For students already enrolled in the self-paced education program who are experiencing technical issues accessing the portal, we have a dedicated support channel. You can send an issue report via email by including your username and a brief explanation of the problem encountered.
Our technical team will strive to restore your access as quickly as possible so that the learning process is not interrupted for long. We recommend clearing your browser cache before reporting issues for a quick solution.

All Shanilu Academy representative offices operate Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00 local time. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Indonesian national holidays unless there is a special workshop schedule announced in advance.
For urgent inquiries outside of operating hours, we recommend sending an email which will be processed as soon as office hours resume. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining our team's work-life balance so they can always provide the best service.
